Refund Policy
Effective April 23, 2026
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription (Contrarian Pro, Megacap Pro, or All-Access) at any time via the Customer Portal accessible from your account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. Your subscription will not auto-renew.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly charges are non-refundable once billed. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current month. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not used more than 50 AI queries in that window. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but cancelling stops auto-renewal.
Day Pass
Day Pass purchases are non-refundable. The 24-hour access window begins immediately on purchase and is consumed regardless of usage. Saved chats from your Day Pass window remain readable in your account after expiry.
Day Pass cannot be upgraded or converted to a recurring subscription. You may purchase a subscription at any time, including during an active Day Pass; the Day Pass cost is not credited toward the subscription.
Plan changes
Upgrading from Contrarian Pro or Megacap Pro to All-Access takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing period, and your next renewal is at the All-Access price.
Switching between monthly and annual billing for the same plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your existing plan continues uninterrupted until then, and the new billing interval starts at renewal. No refund or credit is issued for the change.
Switching between Contrarian Pro and Megacap Pro, or downgrading from All-Access to a single Pro, is not available through the Customer Portal. To make these changes, cancel your current subscription (it remains active until the end of the billing period) and start a new subscription afterward.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund outside the policy above in these cases:
- You were charged due to a billing error on our part
- You were charged for a duplicate subscription
- You are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection law
How to request a refund
Email support@investica.ai from the email address on your Investica account, with:
- The reason for your refund request
- Your Stripe receipt ID (from the receipt email Stripe sent you)
- The plan and billing date in question
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most billing issues can be resolved directly. Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension while we investigate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Changes apply only to purchases made after the new effective date; prior purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
